GoPetFriendly Finds Pet-Friendly Hotels, Campgrounds, and Much More

We love traveling with our pets, but we don’t like gambling on whether the hotel where we want to stay allows animals. Web site GoPetFriendly helps figure out where to rest your head without leaving Rover behind.

This handy web site searches hotels and campgrounds by location so you can find a place that accepts pets with open arms. Just enter information on the city and state you’re visiting, when you plan to be there, and how many pets you have. GoPetFriendly churns out results that include hotel locations, room rate, and the facility’s pet policy (if available). In many cases, you can also click directly over to Priceline, Travelocity, or the hotel’s web site to make reservations. If you’re rather go camping, GoPetFriendly can hook you up with campgrounds, too.

Don’t need a hotel room, but want to know what pet friendly bars, restaurants, and attractions are near where you’re visiting? GoPetFriendly can tell you that too. In fact, it’ll also point you to off-leash dog parks and pet friendly beaches as well.

GoPetFriendly also keeps a database of pet sitters, animal hospitals, boarding facilities, and kennels organized by location. If you travel with your pets, this site is a great resource for finding out lots of information ahead of your trip.

What resources do you use when you travel with animals? Let us know in the comments.
